GROUP RATES (2011-2012 WINTER SEASON)
The Arizona Snowbowl is a great place for groups to get together for winter fun! Skiing or snowboarding is the perfect recreation activity for your sports team, company’s colleagues, organization’s members, family members and just friends.
We not only offer significant discounts for groups of 10 or more, but we make group ski trips as hassle-free as possible. To secure your date and time, we strongly recommend you book your trip in advance, at least 72 hours before your group arrives. “The earlier - the better” rule still applies. No groups will be scheduled with less than 48-hour notice.
Pricing
For the group discounts, you will need to have at least 10 paid guests (with any combination of lift tickets or packages). The groups should have one assigned Group Leader. One complimentary lift ticket or package will be provided when at least 10 lift tickets or packages are purchased. In addition, each group member receives a 10% discount coupon for food. Group members may choose from the following options: (1) lift ticket only, (2) a combination of lift ticket and rental equipment or (3) lift ticket, rental equipment and lessons.

PACKAGE CONDITION
- Group must contain a minimum of ten (10) paid guests;
- Group Leader must call in advance to reserve a date;
- Completed Group Manifest Form must be submitted no later than 48 hours in advance of arrival;
- Learn to Ski/Snowboard Packages are limited to Hart Prairie Beginner Area only;
- GROUP RESERVATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR HOLIDAYS (Dec. 21, 2011 - Jan. 1, 2012; Jan. 14 - 15, 2012; Feb. 18 - 19, 2012). MLK Monday and President's Day Monday are charged at the group WEEKEND rates.
IMPORTANT PAPERWORK & INFORMATION
- Please download the Group Manifest Form and fax it to (928) 779-3019 or email to: groups@arizonasnowbowl.com. This Form needs to be sent to us NO LATER THAN 2 DAYS before your group arrival.
- For everyone under the age 18 arriving to the Arizona Snowbowl without their parents and requiring rentals and/or lessons, a Liability Release Form needs to be filled out.
