Over the years, the Arizona Snowbowl has hosted a variety of events — meetings, weddings, picnics, family reunions, private parties, corporate retreats, employee appreciation functions, conferences, and more.

Our main banquet facility is the Hart Prairie Lodge, located at the resort. We do have other facilities, please inquire. We can accommodate a range of group sizes, up to 300 people, in lodges and outdoor settings that can be customized for your occasion. Amenities may include:

Hart Prairie Lodge Description
Located at the ski area, this lodge is the best choice for big weddings or groups, with comfortable seating for up to 500 people. It features a large outdoor deck that may be used for wedding ceremonies or BBQ's in conjunction with accommodations inside the lodge (for example, bar and banquet seating). Rental fees include the deck.
The inside of the lodge is rustic wood siding and log beams. Huge windows with great views and vaulted ceilings offer an open and spacious feeling. With plenty of room for a band or DJ, dancing is also available inside the lodge. Hart Prairie Lodge comes complete with a rustic bar and sturdy, custom pine tables and matching chairs.
- Total meeting space is 6,800 square feet (indoor) and 6,500 square feet (outdoor).
