Do you offer a family pass?
All passes are al a carte. When an adult buys a full season pass, it makes their dependent children, ages 8-18, eligible for the discounted Dependent pass. Please note: ALL MINORS MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN’S SIGNATURE IN ORDER TO PICK UP THEIR PASS

Preseason Sale (Discounted Rates) Price: September 1 – October 19, 2011
Regular Price: October 20, 2011– throughout the season

Where can I buy the Arizona Snowbowl season pass?
All adult, junior, college, student, senior and dependent passes can be purchased online here or by filling out a Mail or Fax order form: Download the order form here. Mail to Arizona Snowbowl P.O. Box 40, Flagstaff, AZ

Can I purchase a season pass as a gift?
Yes! It is important though to understand the difference between a Purchaser and a Pass holder. The pass holder’s name must appear in your cart next to the pass you are purchasing, then you may enter your own billing information

Will I be able to use my last year’s photo for this year’s season pass?
Pass holders under age 12 are required to have a new photo taken every year.
Pass holders ages12-17 are required to have a new photo taken at least every other year.
Pass holders age 18 and older can choose whether they would like to keep the previous season’s photo or not

What are the photo requirements?
Photos must be taken with Arizona Snowbowl’s equipment. Sorry, no hats, sunglasses, helmets, goggles. Photos are for identification purposes. Thank you for your cooperation

Purchasing Questions

What information do I need to purchase my season pass online?
All you need to provide us is your First and Last name, address, date of birth and a preferred form of payment. If you are renewing your season pass, make sure to enter your information exactly as you entered it in previous season(s). If you would like to change/correct information on your season pass, please proceed as a new pass holder. It will create a new profile and we will need to take a new photo

Can I renew my pass from two and more years ago?

First, try to look up if we still have your profile. For that you will need to enter your first and last name, as well as the date of birth. If the system does not locate your profile (you do not see your photo), then proceed as a new pass holder

Why is it so important that I give you my email address?

Emails are the best way for us to communicate with our pass holders, so please provide us with a current valid email that you check regularly. We respect your privacy and will never give away/sell your email address to a third party. We may occasionally send you updates/news/promotions, which you can unsubscribe from at any time

Pass Pick-Up/ Post Purchase Questions

Can my season pass be mailed to me?
Sorry, but all pass holders must be present to sign this years’ Season Pass Rules & Regulations before your pass may be issued to you. Please note: ALL MINORS MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN’S SIGNATURE IN ORDER TO PICK UP THEIR PASS

How can I pick up my pass?
Before Arizona Snowbowl is open for the season
:
- Guest Services: Hart Prairie Lodge – Beginning November 2, Wednesday through Saturday from 9am-4pm, then seven days a week when the season opens. The week of Thanksgiving – TBA
.

If you selected the option of keeping your existing photo, your pass will be printed in advance.

 

Please note:
(1)
Only the pass holder (ages 18 and older) is allowed to sign the Rules & Regulations Page and pick up his/her pass. A photo ID is required. ALL MINORS MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN’S SIGNATURE IN ORDER TO PICK UP THEIR PASS.
(2) College Season Pass holders must provide a proof of enrollment in at least 9 credit hours at the time of pick-up

Can I pick up my child’s pass without him/her being present?
If your child is:
- Under age 12: We need a new photo every year of your quickly growing child!

- Age 12-17: We like to take a new picture at least every 2 years. If the photo is within the last year, the pass may be issued to a parent or guardian.
- 18 or older: He or she is no longer a minor and has to be present in order to sign the Rules & Regulations page

Can my child pick-up their pass without a parent or guardian present?
Only if they bring a copy of the Rules & Regulations with their parent or guardian’s signature

What happens if someone else uses my pass?
Pass holders are responsible for their pass usage. Passes used by persons other than the pass holder will be considered fraud. The pass holder will automatically lose their pass for the rest of the season without refund. The person using the pass faces charges from the Coconino County Sheriff’s Department for theft of services. It is your responsibility, control your pass

Can I get a refund?
Season Passes are non-refundable. Certain documented situations may be eligible for a rollover credit to the next season, at the sole discretion of Arizona Snowbowl. All requests will be reviewed, but not guaranteed. All documentation must be received by March 31st of the current season for consideration. If you have a request, please contact the Guest Services Manager, (928)779-1951 ext 125, for more information.
