SUMMER SCENIC SKYRIDE TO THE TOP OF ARIZONA
Summer operations will start on Saturday, May 25 with the Scenic Skyride and the Peak Side Cafe. Then we will operate Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holiday Mondays from 10 AM to 4 PM.
The Skyride shuttles you to an elevation of 11,500 feet for panoramic views atop this extinct volcano. From this elevation, you can see over 70 miles of world-class scenery — including the Grand Canyon and downtown Flagstaff. This 90 minute activity is perfect for the entire family. The Skyride offers great opportunities for photography, viewing wildlife, hiking, or just enjoying the peaceful ride up and down Arizona’s highest mountains. Once you reach the top, a Forest Service interpretative specialist is available to assist you and answer any questions regarding the biology and geology of the region. Summer Operations
The Scenic Skyride operates on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holiday Mondays, 10 AM to 4 PM through the fall colors in mid-October. The Summer Skyride normally starts on Memorial Day (weather permitting).
The Scenic Skyride is approximately a 25 minute ride in each direction. Please be prepared for cooler conditions at the top of the ride and the possibility of inclement weather.
Enjoy live music in the afternoons and Saturdays and Sundays, weather permitting.

Ticket Prices
- Adults (ages 13-64): $15
- Seniors (ages 65-69): $10
- Juniors (ages 8-12): $10
- Kids 7 and under: FREE
- Seniors 70 and over: FREE
